At Kitami Carrington we have a variety of groceries.We have a strict 14-day refund policy, in which a receipt must be shown for proof of purchase. Refunds are not applicable for groceries that have expired after the date of purchase
We at Kitami Carrington are a small establishment and have limited seating, so it is recommended you reserve a table if you would like to dine-in.
However, please bear in mind that we do not take lunch bookings.
Due to aforementioned limited seating, in the event of late arrivals, we will only permit a waiting period of 10 minutes. Any time past this will forfeit your booking, and we can no longer guarantee you your seat.
We allow BYO beer and wine, but we do not allow any other outside food or drink
We are a small establishment, so seating is limited.
To dine in, all adults seated MUST order at least one dish per person. For beers, we do not have any corkage, whereas wine will incur a $2 per person fee, with wine glass included.
We do not allow the refrigeration any alcohol brought into the premises, nor do we have any ice bucket service.
As a condition of BYO, we do not allow patrons to drink their beverages until the table has placed an order.
We at Kitami consider our staff very important, so any abusive or violent behavior towards any of our staff will not be tolerated.
Any persons who do so will be asked to leave, and depending on the situation, could be denied future entry.
